we've SV8100 in our office & wants to disable incoming calls from outside for certain extns.

pls suggest how to do that from pc programming.

Thanks

There is no incoming restriction option in the system. If you have DID's then do not assign one to the extensions in question. If you have trunk appearances on line keys, remove them and assign one call appearance key so they can make outgoing calls. If they have a VM box, remove the transfer option so callers cannot get transferred to the extensions.

pls suggest how we can do this "If you have DID's then do not assign one to the extensions in question.".

If your DID extension number range is EX; 100-150, then make your extension number 151-199 so it cannot be called directly.
MB 11-02 = extension number plan.

I believe, if you don't enter the DID in 22-11 then it won't be translated.
Even if the last 3 digits match the ext number.
No entry in 22-11 . . . no ringy.
