Disabling IE Shortcuts

I need the users to stop using CTRL+<Key> Shortcuts of the IE.

is there a way to do that ?

Why do you need to do that? I'd find it really annoying if I couldn't use ctrl/alt keys and everything had to be mouse driven. What if the mouse stops working - other than resetting the machne, how do you get out of it.

You can stop them using the control key altogether by putting a piece of paper under the key - that stops the key travelling down but they can always replace the keyboard.
