Disabling HP-UX License

Is there an easy to disable the OS on a HP 9000 K class running HP-UX 10.20. I don't want to destroy the OS. I would like to disable the licensing. Thanks in advance.

Reason being a new company is taking ownership of the servers. The software is ours, but the hardware is not.
