Is there a way to Disable a feature on a phone (specifically DND) so that even if someone presses Feature 85 it will not go on DND?

I took away the DND button when the phone in our ticket booth kept being put and left on DND. and that worked for for a while. however now someone has figured out that they can put the phone on DND by pressing feature 85 but apparently they either don't know how to disable the feature or they are forgetting and leaving it on DND. making taking the button away counterproductive as they now can't take the phone off of DND even if they wanted to.

If this is not possible any other thoughts on workarounds would be appreciated as well.

Set up the phone the way you want it (WITHOUT DND), then go into set restrictions and lock the set. This way they will have no access to features that do not have buttons, and they will not be able to change the button programing either. The only problem with this is you need a phone large enough to handle all the features they need, since they cannot use feature 630 (page) or any others.
