Disabling CD Access

If the cd-drive is always the same drive-letter, you can hide the specified drive-letter by:
User Configuration -> Administrative templates -> Windows Explorer -> Hide These Specified Drives in My Computer.
Don't know if it's possible to specifically block cd-drives.
