Disabling Call transfer on Nortel BCM 450

Dear members,
we have a nortel bcm 450 set up with agents using softphones, i want to disable the call transfer feature while a call comes in. In short the agents should not be able to transfer the calls, how can i do this ??
Is it possible to block the agents from dialing the other agents(DN number is the extension here).

Please help..

You can build a restriction but that would be for all calls not just transfer and you can not stop ext to ext dialing.

Thanks for your reply cook, is it possible to block an agent from transferring the call to another agent.
