Disabling Call Forward

Newbie here....

I have two users who have forwarded there calls to each other and calls are not going into voicemail. Can I disable that?

You can change their CLS to FND no forward allowed then make sure the hunt DN is the Voice mail DN.
 
If they have digital sets (2616, 3904 etc..) look for a key that is labeled "CFW X" where the X is a number. Nul that key on their sets and they will not be able to manually forward calls anymore.

If these are analog sets (unlikely), then remove the CFW entry in the feature area.
 
you can also put sfa in class and if the fdn is voice mail, even if the users forwards to each other mail will pick up
