Good afternoon,

I'm looking for a simple way to disable and re-enable an Analog port on a G430 Gateway (CM) Our users misdial the TAC and will busy the trunk, I need to then disable and re-enable the port. I would like to track, disable and re-enable the port.

What is the best way to accomplish this task, what management program should I use?
1) Avaya Aura System Manager
2) ASM Gedi
3) ASM Cut Through
4) Avaya Aura Communication Manager(SMI)
5) Other?

I'll admit, I'm from the Nortel world for 40+ years and struggle with CM.

Thank you in advance for your assistance and patience.

Regards,
