Disabling access to emails

Using MM, Outlook and Exchange

Is there a manner in which to prohibit access to emails so they cannot be read or opened while on telephone, yet still allow the wav files from voice mail to be opened. The customer has no need to access email via phone and wants to limit access to it.

Are you using the Aria TUI? If so, check the box "Allow Quick Voice Message Review (Aria Only) in the Subscriber tab of the Telephone User Interface in the VMSC. This then will only allow the enduser to listen to voice messages through the telephone.
