IPS 2000 system with NEAXmail ad-64
Some users prefer to not have a security code enabled for their voicemail.
Have an issue where the code becomes "enabled" and prompts them for password. I can easily disable the security code again but it will happen a few times a day to the same users.
Users with an existing security code are not affected.
I rebooted the system about 2 weeks ago and the issue stopped. It has started today. Any thoughts?
Obviously I can reboot again or force them to use a code but it doesnt explain the behavior.
