Disabled Menu Editor Option?

I am working on a tutorial and the project that's on CD has the menu editor grayed out.<br>

This option is available when I start up a new project, so I presume there's a way to get it back.<br>

Can anyone tell me where this option is????<br>

I am trying to un-gray the option so I can create a pop-up menu in the project I got from the CD.<br>
<br>
The project I copied is not read-only - I took care of that. And I have already added other objects, so the project itself is editable - I just can't get to the menu-editor.<br>
