Disable Zero-Out Option?

I haven't seen much on this out here, but it's causing us enough grief that we now want to disable it.

I don't see a way in the vm config where I can just disable the zero out/receptionist option so that when a caller is in a mailbox and they press zero, it just says that that option isn't available and keeps them in that mailbox.

I don't really want to build a caller app because the call then gets away from that mailbox, but I guess I could in a pinch...

Any ideas?
