Why? If an application took away my ability to move between applications, I'd uninstall it in a flash.

Sometimes "Kiosk applications" require these keys to be disabled to prevent certain actions from users.

True, the thought of a kiosk did occur to me. In that situation, it makes sense, though I think you can do something at the Windows level for a kiosk.
