Disable Wideband (HD Voice) on one-X Agent

I am trying to find a way to force a one-X Agent application to not use wideband audio codecs. I have found registry settings labeled 'bWideband' and 'bEnableWidebandAdjuster', but changing the values seems to have no effect on the codec used for calls. I am trying to avoid changing codec settings for the entire network region if at all possible.
 
what codec is it using? 722 and you'd prefer the client to want 711 only without tweaking the network regions cause you have other VPN users that you'd like to use 722 first?
 
@kyle555 It is currently using 722 per the network region settings. This is a user with a cochlear implant who can only have one device connected to the implant's I/O device at a time. The user needs PC audio throughout the day, so we decided on using the softphone so they aren't constantly switching their implant between phone and PC. All other phoens in this region are 96x1 stations and function fine on 722. The one-X agent show quality issues when operating on 722 at this site, so we are looking to just force this soft phone to 711. Our VPN region and wireless region are forced 711 and function normally, but this user is unfortunately inside the network and hardwired.
 

A quick look indicates that might not be possible. Newer clients like Equinox have more settings than the UI exposes, so being admin and clicking around in the app doesn't show every possible setting. One-X Agent appears to show everything in the UI, so if you can't find it, you probably can't do it.

I'd just make sure their PC has a static DHCP reservation and if they were 1.2.3.10 255.255.255.0 then 1.2.3.0-1.2.3.9 would be in NR 55 and 1.2.3.10/32 in NR 56 and 1.2.3.11-1.2.3.255 in NR 55 and just deal with it as a one-off.
