Disable Warning Prompts 1

Access 2003:

On Open, I get two warning prompts: the first says Unsafe Expressions are not blocked, and asks if I want to block them (I don't); the second asks, whether I want to open the file. (I do). Is there a way to disable these warning prompts on startup? TIA
