disable voicemail off in visual voice 2

is it possible to disable the voicemail option in visual voice where they can turn on or off there voicemail box?

IPO R9 with 9608 phones

9.0 had a nice tui option.
Unchecked the visual voice option and remove the voicemail option from the tui.

All that does is remove the visual voicemail option from the *features* menu. It does not disable the message button access to visual voicemail, and from there they can enable/disable voicemail.
As far as I know, there is no way to limit the features of visual voicemail. That is one of the things I do wish was more granular.

I'm sorry I take that back, i was looking at it wrong. Yes, disabling the voicemail options under telephony/tui will disable the voicemail on/off in VVM. Peter is right, my bad.

use user rights to force VM on.

the option may still appear in the menu but it will not work
