Disable voicemail intuity 'help options' 1

Guys,

My customer wants to disable the frustrating 'help options' each time they enter their intuity mailbox.

Any idea if this is possible and how?

under user> voicemail> untick voicemail help.
otherwise set it to IP office mode.
