Hi,

Is any body over there know how to disable a vm, I have a few ext and we don't need a vm.
Thanks

Remove the extension from the voicemail coverage group.

Menu
SysProgram
Exit
Extensions
More
GroupCoverage
Dial 30 and press Enter
Dial the extension number and press Delete
Home

This assumes that the voicemail coverage group is 30, which is the most common, the 2nd most common is group 1, otherwise, it could be any of the 30 coverage groups.
