disable transfer trunk to trunk

Hello:

We have a situation where some employees are making calls to mobile phones and then transferring the calls to another mobile number, a scenario which results in two of our trunk lines being utilized for a call between two external parties.
I would like to know if I can implement something to prevent this transfers.

I don't think you can stop external transfers with out puting a restriction filter on the set but that would restrict all calls from the set.
