I'm using code to hide features of the 'Print Preview' toolbar that would allow a user to view other portions of the database. My VBA code works great, except I haven't figured out how to disable the 'Add or Remove Buttons' option from the top of the toolbar. With that option they can reset the toolbar, making visible everything I took away.

Any suggestions?

That won't work either. You can still right-click on the toolbar and access customize option. From there the user can select the Database toolbar, and they are back in business.

Personally, I don't give my users any toolbars. Precisely for the reasons you've already mentioned.

Is there a special feature on the toolbar that your users need? Can they get this feature from the right-click pop/up menu instead? Maq B-)
