Can I disable the sa user?

I don't want anybody can use that user.

No you can't. Just make sure you set a password for sa that no one else has access to.

Yes you can disable it. Set your authentication to WINDOWS AUTHENTICATION ONLY. But make sure all your accounts use Windows authentication. Any accounts set up for SQL Server authentication will not work.
