Disable the PRINT button on a Access Report?

Hi. Let me start by saying I'm not an Access expert by any stretch of the imagination. :) I'm hoping someone can help me out. What I'd like to do is fairly simple: I'd like to DISABLE the "Print" icon (and the File-->Print command) from a report. If a certain condition is
true, I'd like to "grey out" or remove the print button from the toolbar and remove/grey out the File-->Print command for this particular report. Is this possible?

If that's not possible, I'd like to see about a different way of doing a Print Preview without allowing the option to print. Is *THAT* possible?

The reason I'd like to do this, is I'm installing security in an application where we don't want to allow a user to print a record if he/she edited it (a supervisor should). I'm using Access 97 for this, but could go to Access 2000 if necessary.

Any help would be VERY much appreciated!

One thing I forgot to mention is this application uses VBA script, of course. A new bit of info I found out is I can remove the PRINT icon from the toolbar (manually, by right clicking on the toolbar, going to customize and right-clicking the item I want to remove from the toolbar - the PRINT icon). So this seems possible. But I wouldn't know how to program for that. Also, I couldn't find a way to manually remove the FILE-->PRINT item (or disable it).

Any help would result in a Christmas or Hannukah card this next holiday season! :)

Thanks a bunch!
