disable the Gen Delivery?

I'm poking around but I cannot figure out how to disable the GD. The company doesn't want anybody to leave a meesage in the GD.

Keep in mind that according to Nortel, even if you disable the GDM it is not a gaurantee that messages will not get there. If you have a phone that is CFNA to VM but does not have a MB it can get to the GDM.
