Disable the Fire wall when installing SP2

I need to install XP SP2 to 750 users silently and I need to disable the Fire wall feature. I was wondering if any one has an actual working example of how to perform this task?

How are you going to install it...via scripts or patch manage software? There are reg hacks on there to disable it upon log on.

I would like to install it via patch manage software if I could and I am looking for successful examples to work with

I dont have any of those utilities
so I guess we would install it from scripts then
