disable the display of routing information

Hello,
I realised that when I send email the receiving person can see my internal network information (the originating hostname, IP etc) at the message source. I want to preserve some privacy for myself!
Can I disable that information to be displayed?

PS: I have multiple domains actively using the same sendmail server.
