I have an Access 2003 form with a sub-form. In the sub-form I have a check box where a user can click and then it greys out the text boxes below it. I have done this by inserting code into the onClick event of the check box.

Everything works ok except after a user scrolls to the next record the text boxes stay greyed out. Any suggestions!!

look at the oncurrent event. It fires every time you change a record.

This is standard behaviour for continuous form as each control is the same object for each record.

Have a look at at conditional formatting.

Hope This Helps, PH.

I found the issue I didn't have the code I had added to AfterUpdate event of my checkbox added to the on current event of the form. That resolved the issue.
