Disable solution caching in VS 2003

Does anyone know how to disable solution caching in VS 2003? I have several solutions that have the same name but are in different folder paths. Regardless of which one I open, the location folders of referenced dlls don't change as I go from one solution to another.

I discovered that VS 2003 does caching and you have to delete the contents of a VSWebCache folder.

I don't have the time to keep on doing that all the time. Is there a way to NOT cache stuff?
