I know I have seen this thread before but have never understood the best way to achieve this.
I have a database that is split (Front End - MDE) and (Back End - MDB).
How do you disable the shift key at start up so the user cannot get into the underlying tables, queries, macros, etc. and delete or modify them.
I have a number of linked tables and I have some users that have figured out how to hold down the shift key to bypass the startup screens and they have inadvertantly deleted or disconnected some of the linked tables.
What is the best way to disable the shift key?
Any help would be appreciated.
