I am hoping for a little guidance here. Is there a way to disable the Send VM button for calls that are coming in to Avaya telephones?
We believe people are using this button in our call center as a way of call avoidance. Sending a queue call to VM so they don't have to answer it rather than rolling it.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
