disable save to desktop 2003 TS

I am looking for a way to prevent users from saving files to the desktop when they are logged into the Windows 2003 Terminal Server. I cannot find any setting that allows me to do this in the Group Policy(we are currently using GP from win 2k domain). Anyone know how I can prevent users from saving items to the desktop on TS?

If you redirect their desktops to another location, then you could set permissions to allow only read.. maybe.
