Disable rom status codes on 81C

I have a hotel that has comands being sent from M1 to front office for no reason. Seems if a room is checked out and someone lifts the receiver off hook and the puts it back on hook the 81C will send out a room status command ie "se cp <DN> CL". This is causing major issue at the hotel. Is there somewhere to disable this feature of the M1

this is set by the maids after they clean the room


Cleaning staff can update the status of a room by dialing a Special Prefix
(SPRE) code from the room telephone. The SPRE code is a one- or two-digit
code provided by your system administrator. To allow this, type:
SEt OPtion TIme DIal (ON) <CR>
To disallow, use OFf in place of ON.

The MAID updating can also be made with FFC code RMST (Room Status) instead of SPRE + 2 or 3 digits code that i forgot.
