Disable right click

Does anyone know if the right click can be disabled when one clicks on start > programs. I disabled the context menu on the desktop and the taskbar through Poledit98.
 
I think this is what you want:
Open the [tt]HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer[/tt] key.
Create or alter the "NoChangeStartMenu" value. 1 to prevent right-click on the start menu, 0 to allow it.
