Disable Restrictions w/dial code?

I have an extension restricted to 911 & 800 calls only. The bldg manager wants to use that line occassionaly for standard LC or LD calls using a dial string to disable the restrictions.

I don't think it can be done, but I am not sure.

Can be done. Assign an authorization code to a "dial-outable" phone. Go to the restricted phone, enter #80, auth code, #. The otherwise restricted phone will now be unrestricted.
