The re-print of a jammed page is really causing me some problems, since I have a problem with some sensor that is falsely setting this alarm, then automatically clearing itself.

The pages are being printed fine, I desire to stop getting multiple copies of the same page printed due to the fact that the printer thought there was a media jam, which wasn't.

Is there a way to disable this "feature"?

thanks - bill

The image is sprayed on the drum. If it thinks there is a jam, it wants to clean the incomplete image from the drum. Ya can'ts change that. Fix the sensor or jam issue. Timing is everything those printers.
