System is MiVB 8.0SP3 PR1. All users with voicemail box. And all of them have their own DDI numbers, so they don't need auto attendant.
Does anyone know if we can disable "Dial by Extension" in the menu? It is introduced in 8.0 but I can't find a way to disable it.
The reason is some of users complained that they received some calls which are not actually looking for them. and we checked that these call are routed from Voicemail port. In addition, it causes a bit delay on the menu selection...
