I've searched the forums and have seen this question asked several times, but not answered.
Even with all of the options under Access Options > Current Database disabled, a user still has access to the "Customize Quick Access Toolbar", whereby they can simply select "More commands" and then turn the ribbon, etc back on. Is there a way to progammatically disable this functionality?
