Disable Page Up and Down Key

Is there anyway to diable the Page Up and Page Down key on a form? I have a form that I had to size to fit multiple computers. On some of the computer screens the form is large though centered. I want to disable the Page UP and DOWN key so the user cannot scroll some of the fields off of the screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
