Disable Outbound Transfers

I would like to disable outbound transfers for a group of people. I don't want them transfering to calls to the outside. I am not sure where or if I can set this restriction.

Any advice would be great.

Are you talking about just an external transfer.

Yes... I don't want a group of people to be able to transfer calls to an outside number i only want them to transfer them to internal phones.

I know on the MICS if you turn off Redirect Allowed that shoul stop it.
