Disable Organisation chart

I once inserted an organisation chart in a visio file and deleted it later. But everytime I open the drawing Organisation chart toolbar and menu appear.
When I close the drawing, it pops up an error message with report to Microsoft dialogue. How do I disable or eliminate this Organisation chart feature
