Is it possible to disable the global operator on a merlin legend mail? My customer doesn't want personal voiceboxes to be able to zero out to the operator. Even if you put in an invalid extension, it will still ring port 1 correct? Best I can think of is to send it to a vmail box where they can't leave a message. Any other suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Create a mailbox with a COS of 15, which points the call back to auto-attendant #1. Change the operator extension designation under Call Service Operator to that mailbox and any 0 request will go to auto-attendant. You cannot prevent individual subscribers from configuring their own personal operators, but if none are defined, the 0 calls will cycle per above.
