Disable NULL BIND on the LDAP server

A Nessus Security Scanner is finding "LDAP NULL BIND Vulnerability", the recommended action is to "Disable NULL BIND on the LDAP server". We are currently running Netscape Directory Server v4.12. Has anyone had any experience with this issue?
