Disable Novell Authenication

We have 3 novell servers, 2 novell 5 and a 4.11. I want to disable authenicaion to all novell 5 servers,and have my users only authenicate to our main file server the 4.11 box. I have erased the repilca rings for the novell 5 servers I don't want authenicaion to, plus I've also set on the users client then entire context.. but when users login they are still authenicating to one of the 3 random servers.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The easiest way is to set the preferred server field on the client to the 4.11 server.
