Disable Message Outlook 2003 Safe Mode.

I have Outlook 2003 in Citrix Metaframe Server and always appear the message of start Outlook 2003 in Safe Mode. It's posible disable this message and start with Outlook 2003 in normal mode?

This is an Exchange issue as per Q273428. Your Exchange server has lost its connection to the Global Catalog. Re-establish the connection or move the GC to the Exchange box.
