Disable media (cd, floppy, usb storage)

I want to disable users from not using their CD drives, usb storage devices or floppy drives. I know SP2 has a *.reg key to disable write to but that still allows copy from a USB stick to the XP workstation. Our keyboards/mouse on the workstations all USB so I don't want to limit their use. We still function in a NT4 envirnment thus making GP impossible. Anyone know of a software solution I can use... Many Thanks
