disable l3 switching???

Hello,
I have 3com 4500 switch.
My problem is that ip packets with same src $ dst address do not passing out through switch.
i whould like to set the switch to be agnostic to layer 3 addresses.
so:
1. How do i set switch to work with L2 only with no routing at all? (like cisco command "no ip routing")?
2. How do i disable QOS on the switch?

The switch will route automatically if you have VLANs defined with interfaces that have an IP address, so assuming you have no VLAN interfaces defined it will not route.

Remove any qos statements from the port interfaces.
