Hi, I have an error message whenever i turn on my computer saying that my ip forwarding have to be disable if i wanted to use intranet bound. I have tried the regdt32 way but find out that already disable. That mean maybe it is because of internet connection sharing that enable it.
so, the question is how to disable the ip forwarding cause by ics which is not supported by VPN Secure Client that I am using???? Please help!!!!

IP forwarding is off by default. ICS does not change this state.

Could you copy here the exact message in full?

Okay, this is the message:

IP forwarding is active on your machine. Your machine has been tagged as Insecurely Configured and will block inbound connections until IP forwarding is disabled. Please disable IP Forwarding and re-start SecureClient.
It is likely that IP Forwarding was activated by Internet Connection Sharing, which is not supported by SecureClient.

Any idea? Thanks in advance :)

This is not a Windows error message.

You stated that the registry entry showed forwarding is disabled. ICS does not enable IP Formwarding, nor does the Network Connection Wizard.

Find the software, likely a Firewall, that is complaining. Either remove it from the equation or upgrade it.

This is not a Windows error message. It is a Firewall message that you added.
