Hi Guys,

I just installed a voicemail system at the office and I'd like to test it out. Currently, the employees are programming an external call diversion from their individual extension to their mobile number. How do I disable this feature for some select employees?

Thanks

Extension Category, d3=0 to disallow, d3=1 to allow,

Thanks for the quick response...which command is this? Sorry I'm kinda new to the MD110

depends on the type of extension.

check category with

KSCAP:DIR=X; /* digital phone
EXCAP:DIR=X; /* analog phone

look at the CDIV parameter, D3, like parnum said.

Thanks guys! I made the suggested changes, d3 to 0 to disable. However, they can still program the follow-me (*22*)

KSCAC:DIR=2xx,CDIV=010150000;

Anything wrong with the params I specified?

Thanks

no, this should work!

did you test this yourself? check diversion state of the phone with SUSIP command. a possible reason is you got a data reload before the system was able to dump, recheck your KSCAP.
