Disable ignore button on J129 phones

Hi,

Is there a way to disable the "ignore" button on J129-series phones?

As far as I know none of the "soft keys" can be altered or disabled in anyway. The real solution is writeups/termination for people ignoring calls.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
