Anyone know of a way to disable IE 5.5? My company does
not allow some users to access the internet but these
users still need to be able to open html documents from
disks.

Thanks

Need a bit more information. If your clients are all on the company LAN with an outbound proxy to the Net, just don't set these users' IE settings with the proxy information. You could even block outgoing port 80. I guess what I'm trying to say is that Net access is best denied at the LAN/WAN level, not the client level.

If this is done properly, then having a browser on the client machines is of no concern at all.
