We want to disable the Hold feature in our Analog phones connected in the Analog expansion module. The phone itself doesn't have Hold button.
We can see in our SMDR logs that the hold was high even though it doesn't have hold button.
This was maybe because the phone was not properly hooked or the other line forgot to disconnect the line and left on hold.
We also disabled the ring of this analog phone because this was intended for outbound purposes only.
Is there a way to disable the hold of this specific user / phone in the IPO Manager?
